Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories safely and fast. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand, shipping location and the shipping method you choose. For more information, please check our Shipping Policies.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. When you order leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a shipping notification email containing the unique Tracking Number. Simply use it to track your order status here. Or contact us (info@orolop.com) with your order number or purchasing email for help.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
